Petty Sessions book

Commissioners' proceedings under an Act for the better recruiting of HM land forces and marines, 1779, and Petty Sessions under an Act for enabling magistrates to raise a levy of able bodied and idle persons to serve in the navy 1795. With undated pencilled note that proceedings under the Act were dropped because the Admiralty gave notice that no more men were to be raised at the port.
