Content: Oral history interview with Annie Endersby about working in domestic service in the early twentieth century, she discusses using agencies to find work as domestic maid in houses such as Holkham Hall, Somerleyton Hall, Gayton Hall and Houghton Hall. She describes a typical working day, working in the kitchens, sleeping in the attics, interaction with men, and the limited sexual education at the time.
