Mainly childhood drawings of various subject matter, including animals, a group of lions from Wombwell's travelling menagerie, ships and fishing boats, churches, Bacton Abbey also known as Bromholme Priory, Costessey Hall, Cromer and Happisburgh lighthouse, many undated. Also includes a small watercolour of Norwich Castle by Mary Damant, 1811.

Drawings of Scottish tour and other places of interest, includes some Norfolk landscapes and views.

Contains unidentified rural views, labourers' cottages, studies of trees, rocks and waterfalls. Drawn by George Clayton Eaton while travelling around the United Kingdom in the 1850s. Includes a watercolour of the east end of Valle Crucis Abbey, 23 July 1855 [no. 3].

Contains photographs printed from glass plate negatives created by Frederic Eaton. These negatives mainly relate to Frederic Eaton's father, George Clayton Eaton and other family members, taken at Cleveland House. Also includes photographs of friends of the family; staff employed in the house and gardens at Cleveland House; members of staff employed at Overbury, Steward & Eaton, c 1895; Norwich and Norfolk views including views of the city of Norwich from Norwich Castle, St Benet's Abbey, Horning Ferry, views, possibly of Mundesley, Cromer, and Great Yarmouth; photographs of Norwich Castle Keep, c 1896; and Suffolk views including Christchurch Mansion in Ipswich c 1894-1895.
