Established in 1990 as the Warehouse Artists Studios, they became a limited charity registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act (1968) in 1992 and rented premises at Haslip's Opening, Devonshire Street, Norwich. Its remit was art education and appreciation and included up to 30 artists as members of the trust at its height. Exhibitions of new work and educational workshops took place in the dedicated flexispace at the Haslip's Opening. Funding was obtained from the Eastern Arts Board and from the Norwich City Council. In 2010, they moved premises to Hellesdon Barn and changed their name to Zeroeast Art Studios.
