Registered office the Forehill Brewery, Ely. Formed in 1950 from Hall, Cutlack and Harlock (itself composed of smaller breweries, see list) which went into voluntary liquidation in that year and Huntingdon Breweries. In 1961 the breweries were taken over by Steward and Patteson (Ely) Ltd. and on their voluntary liquidation in 1963 the company became part of Steward and Patteson itself.
