Administrative history

Three generations of the Wade family resided at Hayden House, Long Stratton, Norfolk. James Wade is listed in Kelly's and Whites directories as a bricklayer, builder and farmer. His son , William Henry, was born in 1873 and his trade is given as bricklayer in the 1891 census.
