  • A negative image is an inversion of a positive, normal image, in which light areas appear dark and dark areas appear light, and, for colour, red areas appear as cyan and blue appears as yellow, etc.

Welney Bridge

Negatives of plans, sections and elevations regarding the reconstruction of the bridge, nd [? 1925-? 1928]. The bridge was demolished in 1996. The negatives have been removed from their original envelopes and put into archival-quality sleeves. The labels on the envelopes have been cut off and inserted in the sleeve with the relevant negative. Ordnance Survey grid reference: TL 59303.
