Transcript of Mulbarton St Mary Magdalen church and churchyard monumental inscriptions

Also includes one memorial found in the grounds of Mulbarton Hall. Most inscriptions include a small photograph of the memorial; for full size photographs, see MC 2448/13. The churchyard inscriptions are arranged by areas within the churchyard; there are maps showing the position of each area and the locations of individual memorials in the church and churchyard. Includes summaries of the inscriptions, arranged alphabetically by surname, by date and by churchyard area. There is also an introduction giving a history of Mulbarton, the CD cover and a copy of the monument survey form used. The transcripts were compiled in 2007-2008.

Each photograph is labelled with a number and a letter or letters, which indicate the area of the church or churchyard in which the memorial is located. There are no photographs for the following memorials: C9 and C20; E78; N24 and N95; NW27-28, NW37, NW40, NW44-45, NW57, NW65, NW67, NW69 and NW72-74; S23; SW28-29. There are general views only of area X, the new etension. Also includes a photograph of Mulbarton Church, taken from the south-west. The photographs were taken by Terry Burchell of Mulbarton in 2007-2008, but copyright has been transferred to Mulbarton Heritage Group.

Based on a survey compiled by the Women's Institute in 1980, but updated to 2009. Includes an introduction, giving a history of the church and a photograph of the church in 2009; CD cover; maps showing the locations of individual memorials in the churchyard; transcript of monumental inscriptions arranged by area in the church and churchyard; and summaries of the inscriptions, arranged alphabetically by surname, and by reference number.

Bracon Ash St Nicholas church and churchyard monumental inscriptions

Includes an introduction giving a summary of the history of the village and church and copy photographs of the church in 1908 and 2009; CD cover; maps showing the locations of individual memorials in the churchyard; transcript of monumental inscriptions arranged by area in the church and churchyard (includes photographs of most memorials in the church and mausoleum); and summaries of the inscriptions, arranged alphabetically by surname, reference number and date. Compiled in 2009.
