Watts, 8a., conveyed by Gyles Austen to Gabriel Funnell in 1594, and recovery suffered. Conveyed together with 4a. of land in three pieces in the fields of Great Melton, by Thomas Funnell to Robert Jackler in 1632.
Fine levied on both pieces by Timothy Jackler in 1690. Conveyed by Jackler's executors to Robert Spencer and his wife Mary in 1724, and by Robert to John Spender in 1749. Mortgaged by Sarah Spencer to John Rodwell in 1759.
Conveyed by Sarah Spenser and John her son to John Hase in 1761.
With leases of messuage by Robert Spencer and his wife Mary to Richard Brook for three years, 1724, and for seven years, 1727, and abstract of title.
