Samuel Vincent senior devised by will the above premises to his wife, Dorothy and to Samuel Tookey in trust to sell to settle his debts. Dorothy died and the surviving executor, Samuel Tookey, sold the Norfolk estates (mortgaged to Sir Thomas Meeres) to Partridge in 1695. Sir Thomas Meeres released the premises in 1697 and Samuel Vincent, son of Samuel Vincent late of Buckenham House, quitclaimed all his rights in the property in 1698.
