Sgt Stanley C. Zybort was born on 13 August 1919 in Louisville, Kentucky. He was an engineer with James M. Beatty's crew. Their aircraft was shot down by anti-aircraft fire and he was captured by the Germans and held at the Germany Army Hosptial Lazarette C-10 until release in February 1945. He died on 22 April 2010.
