Married William Blake at Tunstead in 1792. William enlisted in 24th Regiment of Dragoons in 1796, and she was told by letter in 1797 he had died in Ireland. Blake returned to North Walsham in Aug 1798, having been discharged from the army, but Elizabeth was pregnant with a male illegitimate child by John Cooper of Knapton, farmer (born at Coltishall, Feb 1799).
