Scope and content
The collection consists of recordings off transmission of both complete programmes and parts of programmes. They have been arranged into three series; the first contains two editions of 'This is East Anglia', presented by Jean Goodman (JG); the second series contains sound tracks of television programmes broadcast on BBC 1 East Anglia entitled 'On Camera: A Place to Live', again presented by JG; and the third series contains excerpts from BBC Radio programmes featuring JG.

System of arrangement
Artificial arrangement based on date of broadcast given on accompanying packaging applied by archivist in absence of original order. The collection was ascribed temporary numbers as a result of interim listing; SAC 2003/5/3 became AUD 14/1; SAC 2003/5/1 became AUD 14/2; SAC 2003/5/2 became AUD 14/3; SAC 2003/5/6 became AUD 14/4; SAC 2003/5/5 became AUD 14/5; SAC 2003/5/7 became AUD 14/6; SAC 2003/5/4 became AUD 14/7; and SAC 2003/5/9 became AUD 14/8; SAC 2003/5/8 was a duplicate of SAC 2003/5/3 and now forms SCOP 5/125.

Access to sound recordings within this collection is available at the Norfolk Sound Archive's listening room, which forms part of the Norfolk Record Office's (NRO's) public searchroom. Textual records can also be consulted in the NRO's searchroom. Access to sound recordings is provided by access copies, details of which are given in the copies field of the appropriate catalogue description.
