Daughter of Thomas Reynolds Ray (1808-1892) of Higham, Suffolk, and his wife Sarah, née Ellingham (1813-1896). Wife of George Clayton Eaton (1834-1900). Mother of Frederic Ray Eaton (1874-1962) and Florence Mary Eaton (1878-1961). Mary Eaton (née Ray), born on 20 November 1843 in Higham, Suffolk. Served as a member, and Chairman of the Committee of Norwich Lying-in Charity. Buried in the parish of Eaton St Andrew.
