Name of creator
These manors often had the same owner and are treated in the same volumes together, but always with separate jurors, and usually separate courts. The Soke of Gressenhall extended into Gressenhall, Scarning, Great Bittering, Stanfield, East Bilney, Horningtoft and Brisley. It included leet jurisdiction. There were three manors, Gressenhall North Soken, Gressenhall, South Soken and Rougholme.
