Name of creator
David Blackburn served as a Master of His Majesty's Armed Tender Supply from 8 April 1792-15 May 1792. He was appointed to H.M.S. Dictator in September 1793. In 1788 and 1791 he visited Norfolk Island. Born in Newbury, Berkshire. Died in Gosport, Hampshire.
