(2) Brick tower windmill, 1a. 3r. 15p., with dwellinghouse, garden, and outbuildings. Conveyed by George Scott Culley to Benjamin Edgington Fletcher in 1884.
Whole estate mortgaged by Fletcher to Samuel Gurney Buxton in 1891, conveyed by Henry Rivers Fletcher and others to Major Edward Henry Evans Lombe in 1918. Includes plans.
With sale particulars, 1912, including plans and photographs; abstract of title; certificate of payment of estate duty on the death of Benjamin Edgington Fletcher; deed of gift by Major Edward Henry Evans Lombe to the Rural District Council of Forehoe of 1r. 24p. in School Road, Marlingford, 1927.
