Letters to Lord Suffield from John, William and Samuel Forster of the firm of Forster, Cooke and Frere of Lincoln's Inn re provision under the will of the late Lord Suffield of portions and Chancery suit re same, and monetary claims by and on Messrs. Scott and Bruce, with accounts for legal charges 1802-16 and undated statement of the personal and trust estates of the late Lord Suffield. Inc. also letters from William Forster of North Walsham; from James Fife, Thetford, requesting payment of £150, George Frere re charges for planting at Hunworth, and J. Dugmore, Swaffham, re purchase of land at Horstead of King's College, Cambridge; copy letter from John Thomlinson re appointment of Receiver by the Hinchingbrook Estate (of which Lord Suffield was a trustee); draft by Suffield to the Charity Commissioners stating that his share of the Exeter fines was applied to schools on the Blickling Estate and at Plympton; note of inclosure expenses at North Walsham and Felmingham. With same, copy agreement for purchase of advowsons of Antingham and Bradfield by Lord Suffield from the Duke of Norfolk and correspondence re same from James Harting the Duke's agent and William Forster of North Walsham 1813-17, and vouchers and receipts of the Marquess of Lothian as executor of Harriet Marchioness Dowager of Lothian 1826-36.
