William de Boyton died in possession 1325-6, heir his son William or his son Osbert, who is already in possession [IPM 6/695]. At an inquisition held in 1486, Richard Methewold was found to have been in possession of the manor, holding it of John Hevenyngham. Richard was his son and heir [IPM H7 1/41].
