Parents - Roger and Christian Daniel of Fundenhall. Brother was Walter Daniel who was also mayor of Norwich. Married twice - Maud and Emma. Daughters Joan and Margaret. Bailiff in 1388, 1394, 1401 and 1403. One of the original two sheriffs of Norwich in 1403. Mayor of Norwich in 1407 and 1417. He was joint patron with his brother of the livings of St Peter at Nelonde, Norfolk, and of St Mary of Little Wreningham. Benefactor to the church of Fundenhall. Build almshouses in St Stephen's, Norwich. Died 1418.
