Concerns all the granters' lands and tenements with the appurtenances in the town of Brakene and other adjoining towns, as messuages, arable lands, meadows, pastures, rights of pasture, common ways, lanes, rents, services and all other profits, easements and appurtenances pertaining to the aforesaid lands and tenements, which were formerly conveyed by Robert atte Moor of Brakene, which Robert and Walter were to hold for the lifetime of Marion Chauntrell of Flordon.
