'A plan for dividing the North(?) Part of the Denes in the most convenient Manner for Occupation. By Thomas Sutton.

Map of Yarmouth showing the whole area outside the town wall and the enclosures and encroachments then on the Denes. Various commons named, and suggested future lines of development marked in pencil. Acreages of enclosed areas tabulated. Ink and pencil on paper. Approx. Scale 1 inch: 2.5 chains 176.5 inches by 28.5 inches. Undated (Made under Assembly order of 17 Dec. 1811 with the intention of regulating the grant of leases. Sutton (1754-1819) was town surveyor.
