Grant of 6 acres of arable land in two pieces in the furlong called Le Wode in Cringleford, from John de Tyvile of Intewod to Henry (son of Henry) de Heylesdon, citizen of Norwich, and his wife, Agnes.

The Feast of St Faiths, 16 Edward I. One piece of 5 acres was called Le nab and abutted south on a common way called Wodegate and the other acre abutted east on the land of Henry de Heylesdon called Le dene.
A consideration of ten marks of silver and annual rent of a rose at the feast of St John Baptist were to be paid. Abutting landowners (including St. Giles Hospital, Norwich and St. Faith's Priory) and witnesses are named. Appended is a 19th century seal set within original seal.
