A booklet that gives a valuation of the property he owned in West Norfolk. Describes the property and land, and lists the assessments of two different valuers. Gives probable future rents as well as well as current prices. One, Mr. Lens, assigned for Earl Fitzwilliam and the second, Mr. Oldknow, for the purchaser.

Lease (of lease and release; release not present) by William Youngman of King's Lynn, cork cutter (the abstract of title, 1891, shows he was grandson and devisee of Henry Doding) to Robert Donaldson of King's Lynn, yeoman, of two messuages now divided into four tenements or dwellings with the gardens, in Dampgate Street, in the several occupations of Francis Cordell, Mary Beddingfield, Gregory Russell and Robert Caney, to the intent that a release be made on the day following, 1 January 1773.
