Indented, counterpart agreement between Dr Robert Honeywod, Dean of the College of the Chapel of Our Lady in the Fields, Norwich, and canons of same, and Simeon Bachecroft, gent., and Andrew Pawe, exors of Thomas Bachecroft late of Little Melton, gent.

Agreement to pay £10 immediately and a further £10 by Michaelmas, 1503 out of the lands and tenements called Guntons in Methwold left by the will of the said Thomas before the death of of Crystyne, his widow, for building a rood loft in the said chapel of Our Lady, in lieu of £40 for the same purpose to be paid after the death of Crystyne (who was then only 32 years old).
