The surveyors accounts continued to run from Lady Day for one year, while the treasurer's annual accounts ran from mid-June or early July onwards. Also includes the account of William Blomefelde, 'Bedell' for the Company, for collection of monies from the brethren at the feast in 1589 and 1590,
Many pages bear auditors' 'abacus' marks.

A booklet that gives a valuation of the property he owned in West Norfolk. Describes the property and land, and lists the assessments of two different valuers. Gives probable future rents as well as well as current prices. One, Mr. Lens, assigned for Earl Fitzwilliam and the second, Mr. Oldknow, for the purchaser.

Coroner inquests and depositions

Coroner's rough handwritten deposition books with verdicts. E.M. Beloe was Coroner for the King's Lynn District but also contains inquests held by deputy and assistant deputy-coroners. They are not comprehensive, there are a few verdicts that do not appear in KL/C 22/260 and some verdicts in KL/C 22/260 for cases which do not appear in these volumes.

Registers of ship protests

Ship protests are formal declarations before a Notary Public following accidents or damage at sea, usually made by the master of the ship, detailing the material events of the voyage and particulars of storm damage and accidents. These registers of protests by masters of ships bound for Lynn compiled by E.M. Beloe appear to have been kept with his records as King's Lynn Coroner.

Jonas Leech is selling to Roger Breese and his wife Judith a tenement and a small adjoining yard in King's Lynn for £15 10s.

Located in street of lane called Fullers Row between the tenement of Thomas Waller on the East part, a little tenement and yard other part of the said tenement on the west part, abutting upon Fullers Row towards the north, and the garden of the said Jonas Leech toward the south.

Trustees for the port of King's Lynn under an Act for the relief of maimed and disabled seamen and widows and children of those killed in the merchant service

This so-called Merchant Seamen's Fund Act of 20 George II (1747) provided that masters or owners of all English ships, and all serving merchant seamen, should pay sixpence a month to the fund, while serving on the ship, and that this was to be deducted from their pay. Receivers were appointed in ports outside London to receive the muster rolls listing the men and to collect the duty. The fund, distributed locally by the trustees, was eventually wound up nationally in 1851.
