Holme Common Enclosure Proprietors' minute book

Title on cover reads 'Holme next the Sea Inclosure 1860 Copy of Award and Minutes of Annual Meetings'. Contains copy of the Holme enclosure award, 1860, certified in 1865, and minutes of meetings from 1863. It is noted at the start of the minutes that Arthur Saunders, the first Rating Officer had been dismissed by the enclosure owners and had refused to hand over the earlier minutes.
