Bundle of plans re Felthorpe

A Inclosure map taken by Baily Bird, surveyor, 1779, scale of chains 8 - 1 in. 23 in. by 27 in. Names of occupiers.
B Property of John Wright, esq., planted 1810, Francis Dix, surveyor, scale of chains 10 - 3.3 in. 20 in. by 17 in.

Indenture of 5 parties: deed to Lead the uses, etc. Thomas Neech the elder of Mendham (Suffolk), yeoman, and others, to Wolfran Taylor the elder of Weybread (Suffolk), carpenter, Mary, his wife, and others.

Messuage and land in Starston, Pulham St Mary, Redenhall, Harleston, Hardwick, Lanamore [? Langmere in Dickleburgh], Lynecroft, Purleston, Rusall and Dickleburgh. Fine enclosed. 11 seals and 3 seal tags.

Indented, counterpart agreement between Dr Robert Honeywod, Dean of the College of the Chapel of Our Lady in the Fields, Norwich, and canons of same, and Simeon Bachecroft, gent., and Andrew Pawe, exors of Thomas Bachecroft late of Little Melton, gent.

Agreement to pay £10 immediately and a further £10 by Michaelmas, 1503 out of the lands and tenements called Guntons in Methwold left by the will of the said Thomas before the death of of Crystyne, his widow, for building a rood loft in the said chapel of Our Lady, in lieu of £40 for the same purpose to be paid after the death of Crystyne (who was then only 32 years old).
