Richard Grand signs as having received payment in one entry: the address is nowhere given but major customers include Mr Priest (incumbent at Reepham) and William Bircham of the Reepham beer-brewing family. A Richard Grand appears as owner in the 1801 Hackford land tax (the ealiest that survives). A Thomas Grand is listed as a blacksmith at Reepham in the 1845 Directory.
