Mundham, Seething and Hardley manor rental

Heading and other parts are missing, undated, but possibly in the year 38 [Elizabeth I, 1596-7]. Detailed descriptions of tenants, holdings, (with the dates of surrenders of previous tenants) and rents. Marginal annotations cross-refer to earlier occasions when the holdings come before the court.

Rental for Taverham Estate

Rentals for period 1786-1815. Received 1787-1816. Includes a list of courts that Miles Branthwayt was admitted to after the death of his mother, 1803. Contains a number of loose papers and letters:Letter to Mrs Branthwayt from William Unthank with details of selected copyholds of Haveringland Manor, which are part of the Taverham estate and showing the admission of members of the Branthwayt family, 29 Jan 1811, Receipt for quit rents from Miles Branthwayt to the Manor of Bawburgh, 1800, Letter to Miles Branthwayt from William Smith containing detailed proposals, with costings, for improvement to drainage on the Taverham estate, 23 Jul 1800. Sundry loose papers including valuations and details of fines.

This estate may not include Taverham Hall at this point.
