Deeds and supporting papers relating to cottage formerly a chapel in Wendling conveyed by Algernon Royds Bentley to Elijah Eyre's Brewery, 19 July 1890, having been conveyed to Bentley by Charles Miller and others, 28 February 1879 (where referred to as Railway Tavern on land on which chapel formerly stood).

With copy of admission of Thomas Rowing and others to land in Wendling on which a chapel has lately been erected, 25 August 1848, and with deed declaring the trusts for Primitive Methodist Chapel at Wendling, 25 August 1848.
