Three pieces of land, 6a. 2r. exchanged by Revd John Berney with Jehosaphet Postle for three other pieces of the same quantity in 1778. Two pieces, 1a., exchanged by Berney with Revd Henry Patteson for 1a. in Mill Field in 1781.
Recovery suffered on the farm by Sir John Berney in 1784. Conveyed by him to John Luke Iselin in 1791. Conveyed by Iselin's executors to William Salter Millard in 1818. (Deed includes plan.) Mortgaged by Millard to Revd George Norris in 1822 and conveyed by Millard to Spooner Nash in 1831. Mortgaged by Spooner Nash to Jane, Maria, and Alice Beck in 1837, with further mortgages by Benjamin Baker and Ann his wife, formerly Ann Nash, to George Durrant in 1848, and to Lucy Valentine Dix in 1871, and by James Porret and Ann Martha Porret his wife, daughter of Ann Baker, to George Durrant in 1880.
Further piece, 1a. 25p., conveyed by Joseph Restieaux to Alfred Henry Back, 1871, and by Back to James Porret in 1903.
Mill Close, 3a. 24p., conveyed by John Fish to James Clarke in 1877 and by trustees for sale under Clarke's will to James Porrett in 1908.
College pightle, 1a. 2r. 33p. conveyed by trustees under the will of John Alfred Back to James Porrett in 1903. Conveyed by Porrett to Major Edward Henry Evans Lombe, 1921.
