These records were partly deposited by R.W. Ketton-Cremer through the Norfolk Record Society with the Norwich Central Library and the Norfolk Record Office (which inherited its archive functions) at various dates between 1954 and his death in 1969. He then bequeathed to the Norfolk Record Society, to be deposited with the Record Office, his manorial records and his non-current muniments of title of date before 1800. The remaining records were deposited in the Record Office by the National Trust between June 1972 and November 1978. Received by Norfolk Record Office on 9 October 1963 (numbered WKC 7/174/1-4), 26 August 1964 (numbered WKC 7/175/1-2), 17 July 1968 (numbered WKC 7/176), 3 July 1975 (numbered WKC 4/22-28, 5/396-418, 6/444-451 and 7/177/1-38), 6 November 1975 (numbered WKC 6/452-455 and 7/178-180), 3 July 1976 (numbered WKC 5/419-420), 16 August 1976 (numbered WKC 4/29-31, 5/1-395, 5/421-441, 6/456-479 and 7/181-193), 20 August 1976 (numbered WKC 6/480-481), 20 November 1978 (numbered WKC 7/194-197), and 21 November 1978 (numbered WKC 5/442).
