Copies of deeds of the manor of Callis alias Callyshall, lands (described), and Firr House Farm in Guestwick, Thirning and Wood Dalling, conveyed by final concord by William Newman, Esq., and his daughter Elizabeth to their own use 1733 (Firr House Farm being settled on her before her marriage to John Coussmaker, grain dyer, in 1734) and settled before the marriage between John Newman Coussmaker, gent., and Anne Coussmaker in 1764. With copy settlements of 1734 and 1762 relating to property in Worplesdon, Ash, Chertsey and Esher, Surrey, and Abstract of Title of William Kopps Coussmaker to the Norfolk property to 1784.
