Accounts of chamberlains:John Coke, draper,' in place of the defunct chamberlain, William Henstede', and William Henstede junior, 9-10 Edw IV [1469-1470], Gregory Clerk and John Burgh, 10-12 Edw IV [1470-1472], Hamon Claxton and Robert Coke, 12-14 Edw IV [1472-1474], Hamon Claxton and Philip Curson, 14-15 Edw IV [1474-1475], Robert Gardener and Thomas Bewfeld, 15-16 Edw IV [1475-76], William Ferrour, litster, and John Digon, 16-19 Edw IV [1476-1479], follwed by a gap, then the accounts of Thomas Alberd and Robert Long, 4-6 Hen VII [1488-1489 and 1489-1490]. Each of the accounts is followed by the 'onus', or charge, summarising the heads of the preceding account (though two at least have been cut from the volume), then by the usual memoranda of allowances for yet uncollected arrears owed.

Coke and Henstede's account of 1469-70 includes eight pages of entries relating to the costs incurred by the city re the visit of Edward IV's queen, Elizabeth [Woodville] in 1469. Alberd and Long's account of 1488-89 is preceded by seven folios of arrears in Langall rents, followed by the landgable rents of the king arranged by ward, Castle Fee rents, and rents of assize in full, and is concluded with a long section of respitals of rent arrears. Their second account includes references to riots and to the costs of a case between William Spynk, prior of Norwich and the mayor, Richard Gardener and to the costs caused by the river flooding. This account is curtailed without its onus.
