Assignment in trust for Mary, Susan and Ann King, 1741; articles of agreement on the marriage of Thomas Chapman and Ann King, 1747. Marriage settlements of Thomas Chapman and Ann King, 1748 and Robert Rayner and Susan Cunningham (née King), 1750. Copy of will of Mary King, 1756, conveyed in trust to Charles Cocking and wife Mary (formerly King, mother), 1761. Bargain and sale. The commissioners of bankrupt Robert Rayner to Ann Chapman, 1775.
