Owned in the 14th cent by the Dunton family. Henry Repps died as lord 1567, holding of the Queen of the Honour of Wormegay. Thomas Holman'a bankrupt' is named as lord in the Inclosure Award of 1793 [NRO, C/Sce 1/8A].\r\nMr Wing, of Wisbech, is given as lord of the manor in White's Trade Directory (1845).\r\nJames Walker, Esq., is given as lord of the manor in White's Trade Directory, 1883.\r\nMrs Frances Walker was lady in the early 20th century [source: Bryant]\r\nTher was another manor in Terrington called Monks after William Monks, its owner in 1330. It was later sold to the Duntons and became part of their manor of Duntons alias Marshalls or Branches [Bryant].
